1. The service

Scanpine Web reads the public pages of websites you submit, checks live search, map, directory and AI-answer data, and gives you a scored report with suggested fixes. On a paid fix plan it applies the fixes you approve to your website and, if you connect it, to your Google Business Profile. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. You must be at least 16 years old.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google, Apple or Facebook. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or get around plan limits.

3. Plans and payment

  • Free scan: the homepage plus 5 pages and one business location, per website.
  • Full scan: $5 one time for an online business, or $5 per location for a local business. It checks every page and every location once. The amount paid is credited on your first fix plan payment for that website.
  • Fix plan: $59 to start plus $59 a month for an online business; $29 per location to start plus $29 per location a month for a local business. Billed per website, monthly in advance, renewing until cancelled.

You can cancel a fix plan at any time; access continues to the end of the paid month. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe.

4. Acceptable use

  • Only connect websites and Business Profiles you own or are authorised to change.
  • Do not use the service to violate search-engine or Google Business Profile guidelines, spam, or mislead visitors.
  • Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, or overload the service.

5. Suggestions are suggestions

Reports are produced with AI and third-party search data and may be inaccurate. Nothing is changed on your website or Business Profile without your approval, and you are responsible for what you approve. Every applied change is logged and can be undone. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic or revenue.

6. Content and ownership

You own your website content and the suggestions generated for you. We own the service, its software and branding. You let us read the pages you submit and, when you connect a site or profile, write the changes you approve.

7. Privacy

How we handle your data, including Google user data, is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the service; material changes will be announced on this page or by email. Either of us can end the agreement at any time: you by deleting your account, we by suspending it for breach of these terms.
